Privacy PolicyAdaptiveAgentics.ai
How AdaptiveAgentics.ai collects, uses, and protects your information.
This Privacy Policy explains how **AdaptiveAgentics LLC** ("AdaptiveAgentics," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use the IdeaCast platform and related services (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to this Policy.
1. Information We Collect
> Account and Profile Information
Name, email address, and authentication identifiers when you register or sign in with email or a single sign-on provider (such as Google or Apple); brand and persona preferences you configure (voice, tone, colors, hashtags, sign-off, content pillars).
> Connected-Account Credentials
When you connect a third-party platform (such as Instagram, Facebook Pages, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, YouTube, or Google Drive), we receive and store access tokens that allow the Service to act on your behalf. We store these securely and use them only to provide the features you enable.
> Content You Provide
Ideas, prompts, and text you enter; media and documents you upload; and files we retrieve from your connected storage at your direction (such as a flyer, image, video, or PDF you reference).
> Content the Service Generates
Posts, captions, media, and metadata produced for you, along with records of what was published or scheduled, where, and when.
> Usage and Device Information
Log data, device and browser information, IP address, and how you interact with the Service — collected automatically.
> Payment Information
If you purchase a subscription, our payment processor collects and processes your payment details. We receive limited transaction information (such as confirmation and the last four digits of a card) but not full card numbers.
2. How We Use Information
We use information to:
- Provide and operate the Service.
- Generate, adapt, validate, and publish content you request.
- Act on your connected accounts as you authorize.
- Maintain multi-tenant separation so each workspace's data stays isolated.
- Process payments and provide customer support.
- Monitor, secure, and improve the Service.
- Comply with legal obligations.
3. AI Processing and Sub-Processors
To generate and adapt content, the Service transmits your prompts, content, and related materials to third-party AI providers (such as Anthropic, OpenAI, and Google, accessed via OpenRouter) and to publishing and analytics providers (such as Ayrshare / SocialAPI.ai) that we use to operate the Service. These providers process your information on our behalf and are permitted to use it only to provide their services to us.
We do not sell your content, and we do not permit our AI providers to use your content to train their public models.
4. Connected Platforms and Google User Data
When you connect a platform, we access only the data and permissions needed for the features you enable, and only while your connection is active. You can revoke access at any time through the Service or the platform's own settings.
Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the [Google API Services User Data Policy](https://developers.google.com/terms/api-services-user-data-policy), including its Limited Use requirements. Specifically, we:
- Access your Google Drive content only to retrieve files you specifically reference.
- Use that data solely to generate content at your request.
- Do not use this data for advertising, sell it, or share it except as needed to provide the Service.
5. How We Share Information
We share information only as follows:
- Service providers and sub-processors** described in Section 3.
- Your connected platforms, to publish or schedule content you approve.
- For legal reasons, if required by law or to protect rights, safety, or the Service.
- In a business transfer, such as a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.
We do not sell your personal information.
6. Data Retention
We retain information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service. After account closure, we delete or de-identify your data within [30 days], except where longer retention is required for legal, accounting, security, or dispute-resolution purposes.
7. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect your information, including secure storage of access tokens and strict workspace isolation. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Your Rights and Choices
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of your personal information.
- Object to or restrict certain processing.
- Withdraw consent.
You can also disconnect accounts and close your account at any time. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at [[email protected]]. We will respond as required by applicable law.
9. Cookies and Tracking
We and our providers use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and understand usage. You can manage or disable cookies through your browser settings, though some features of the Service may not function properly as a result.
10. Children's Privacy
The Service is intended for business users and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
11. International Users
We operate from the United States. If you access the Service from outside the U.S., you understand that your information will be processed in the U.S. and other countries where we or our providers operate, which may have different data-protection laws.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new "Last updated" date and, for material changes, provide additional prominent notice.
