You may register using email or a supported single sign-on provider (such as Google or Apple). You are responsible for:

- The accuracy of your registration information
- Safeguarding your credentials
- All activity that occurs under your account

4. Subscriptions, Fees, and Payment

You can disconnect an account or revoke our access at any time through the Service or the platform's own settings.

6. Your Content and License to Us

"Your Content" means the ideas, text, prompts, images, video, documents, brand assets, and other materials you submit or make available through the Service, including files we access from your connected storage at your direction.

You retain ownership of Your Content. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, process, transmit, adapt, and display Your Content solely to operate and provide the Service to you — including transmitting it to the third-party AI providers and publishing services described in our Privacy Policy, and publishing approved content to your connected accounts.

You represent and warrant that:

- You own or have all rights necessary to submit Your Content and to authorize its use as described.
- Your Content does not infringe third-party rights or violate any law, including rights to any property photos, listing information, logos, music, or other materials.

7. AI-Generated Content and Your Review Obligation

Content produced by the Service is generated using artificial intelligence. AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies, outdated information, or errors, including incorrect dates, facts, or figures. While the Service includes automated validation and a human review-and-approval step, these do not guarantee accuracy.

**You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving all content before it is published or scheduled.** Once you approve content, you are responsible for it as if you had authored it. We are not responsible for content you approve, publish, or schedule.

We may suspend or limit accounts that we reasonably believe violate these Terms.

If you use the Service for real estate or other regulated marketing, you are solely responsible for ensuring your content complies with all applicable laws and professional rules, including:

- Fair housing and anti-discrimination laws
- Real estate advertising and licensing rules
- MLS and brokerage rules
- Any required disclosures or disclaimers

You are responsible for the accuracy of listing information, pricing, availability, and any claims in your content. We do not review content for legal or regulatory compliance.

The Service — including its software, design, agent architecture, and trademarks — is owned by AdaptiveAgentics LLC and its licensors and is protected by law. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT GENERATED CONTENT WILL BE ACCURATE OR FIT FOR YOUR PURPOSES.

13. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ADAPTIVEAGENTICS LLC AND ITS AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF [AMOUNT, e.g., $100] OR THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
